Ginger and Orange Squash Bisque

Finished with a Lemon Crème Fraiche.

Cream of Watercress and Blue Cheese

Served with Dill Croutons.

 

2nd Course

 

Salade Gourmande

Baby Greens and exotic Fruit topped with Home-made Marinated salmon, quail eggs, roasted pinenuts and Asian Vinaigrette.

OR

Zinfandel Poached Pear Salad.

Spinach Salad and Romaine Salad served with Gorgonzola,

garlic croutons and roasted shallot dressing.

 

3rd Course

 

Watermelon and Rosemary Granite

 

4th Course

 

Filet of Beef Tenderloin topped with Asparagus and a wild mushroom ragout, served with a rich red wine sauce.

Medaillons of Seabass served with a lemon

and chive Beurre Blanc.

served with mint Anglaise Sauce and Berry Coulis.
