Tricolor Fusilli Pasta Salad with Marinated Vegetables & Parmesan.

Mixed Seasonal Greens with Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Traditional Caesar Salad

Fresh Vegetable Crudités with Herb Dips

Spinach and Romaine with Plum Tomatoes and Red Onions, Shallot vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Penne Pasta in Pesto vinaigrette with vegetable.

Angel Hair noodles and Chinese greens. Red and green peppers, Cilantro, Julienne of Vegetable, Sesame oil and rice wine vinaigrette.

Salad Nicoise Mixed Greens topped with steamed Potatoes, Green Beans,
Tomatoes, hard-boiled Eggs, Olives & Tuna. (add $1.50 per person)

Red Potato Salad with Olive Oil & Fresh Rosemary.

on assorted Fresh Breads, Croissant, Foccacia & Tortilla Wraps (1 1/2 per person).

Choose your fillings (3 maximum): Roast Beef, Smoked Turkey, Ham & Cheese, Cold cut trio, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad, Grilled Vegetables with Pesto, Grilled Chicken & Pesto, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese.

 Atlantic Cold Poached Salmon with a Lemon Mayonnaise sauce.

 

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with wild mushrooms and apricots

 

Oven Baked Turkey Breast Stuffed with Feta Cheese and Spinach.

 

Grilled Tandori Chicken Breast Stuffed with Mango Chutney.

 

Cold Beef Tenderloin Crusted with Dijon Mustard & Provencale Herbs.

Sesame Chicken Breast Tender Breast of Chicken breaded with sesame seeds.

Pork Schnitzel Tender Breaded Loin of Pork.

Beef Bourguigon Stew of tender beef in red wine with mushrooms and pearl onions.

Baron of Beef Roastbeef served with a redwine gravy.

Pork or Chicken Kebab Marinated with fresh herbs and grilled.

Grilled Turkey Breast Served in a Tarragon Gravy.

Thai Chicken Slowly cooked with lime, coriander Coconut and Thai spices.

Teriyaki or BBQ Chicken Stew of chicken with delicate gravy.

Vegetarian or Beef Lasagna With Spinach and vegetable, and lots of cheese.

 Vegetarian Spanish Paella Lots of vegetables simmer in Saffron rice.

Vegetarian Extravaganza Grilled Vegetables and Diced Herb Polenta in Rich Basil Tomato Sauce.
